well, to squeeze two months or whatever into a paragraph or so, a lot has happened. the biggest thing is that my school is in the middle of rehearsals for our spring musical production this year, Fiddler on the Roof. IT IS GOING TO KICK ASS. i don't have a really big part, but it's big enough for me, and fun. i'm shaindel. in case you know the story (which you all should, because it's awesome), shaindel is motel the tailor's mother. motel is played by charlie :) my other friends with speaking parts in the play are phoebe (golde), beth (grandmother tzeitel), tommy (lazar wolf - though he should've been tevye), kat (bielke), paul z. (perchik), chris (avram the book seller), stevie (yulik the fish seller hehe), and of course my bestest friend kelly is hodel! YAY kelly!!!! i'm really enjoying being shaindel and i love this musical.
um ... in other news ... tommy and i are definitely getting along a lot better. we had a nearly year-long fight, but about a week ago we talked, and we're getting better every day. i missed him so much, so happiness :) yay. ummmm ... kelly and charlie broke up, and so did kat and steve ... i got some poems into markings, the school literary magazine - ill post them sometime ... i'm doing so much better this quarter in school :), and ... wednesday is my last day of school before easter / spring break! YAY!
so life is good :)

as a result of my grades this quarter (not bad, but not straight a's or anything), my parents have banished me from several things for third quarter so i can concentrate more on my schoolwork. one of them is LiveJournal.
so, i won't be writing in here for a good two and a half months. i also won't be checking my friends page, or doing support, or anything of the sort. i am banished for the entire third quarter. so, since i care about every one of you, please keep in touch. i have met some great people on LJ. please - if something important, or particularly funny, or anything happens in your life that you think i might want to know about, let me know. i've added a list of ways to contact me at the bottom of this entry. it would be cool if some of us could even write to each other by snail-mail. :) i'm not leaving forever, but if you're as hooked on LiveJournal and your LiveJournal friends as i am, you understand that two and a half months is a long, long, loooooong time.
